- Terms of Service (“TOS”)
This document sets out your rights and responsibilities for accessing or using https://classicalfengshuiworks.com/ and other associated sites linked hereto and operated or controlled by Classical Fengshui Works LLP (T21LL1240L) unless expressly excluded or where a separate policy is provided (collectively, “the Sites”).
- Background
Please read these terms carefully because all uses of “the sites” are subject to these terms of service (“Terms” or “TOS”). By using “the sites”, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to it.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE STOP USING “THE SITES”. There are no exceptions.
You must also be at least eighteen years old to purchase any product or service from “the sites” without adult supervision/agreement. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Sites but NOT purchase any product or service from us without the supervision/agreement of your parent or guardian.
We reserve the right to amend or change all or parts of this TOS from time to time. Any such amendments or changes will be posted here and shall constitute the new terms and conditions for the Sites from the time they are posted.
- Governing Law
For avoidance of doubt, this document and its associated “TOS” will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
- Use of “the sites”
You have permission to electronically copy and print hard copies of pages from “the sites” solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Permission to electronically download may be provided in specific parts or portions of “the sites”, such as a “Downloads” or “Free Resources” section. Such permissions are restricted to the use of the material for personal and non-commercial purposes. In some cases, permission to electronically download may be granted after a specific purchase or with the provision of your credentials.
All content (including but not restricted to) logo, video, text, graphics, artwork remain the intellectual property of Classical Fengshui Works LLP (T21LL1240L).
We request that you inform us in writing via hello@fsworks.asia to seek our explicit permission for any reproduction of our work for non-personal and commercial use except where permission to do so expressly provided, or unless such information is provided on specific parts or portions of the Sites
You may not use any hardware or software intended to damage or interfere with the proper working of “the sites” or to surreptitiously intercept any system, data or personal information from “the sites”. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion or feature of “the sites” by hacking or any other illegitimate means.
Permissible use of “the sites” includes but not restricted to all the uses which would normally be associated with a site of this nature, and which are not expressly prohibited herein. Example, you may choose to watch a video or read a content as with most sites of such nature.
You may also provide feedback or input to us directly in certain areas of “the sites”, such as where comments are permitted. You can share “the sites” with others via social media; however, when applicable, you may not provide any link to an internal page that is not public.

- Data Protection, Confidentiality Policy
In accordance to our obligations under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), we only collect information that is required to provide the services. All information exchanged between the Client and Classical Fengshui Works LLP (T21LL1240L) is to be held in the strictest confidence by both parties. We do not under any normal circumstances, disclose or sell any personal non-public information of any client, visitor to any third-party.
In the event of any extraordinary circumstances such as when required or applicable, we will disclose when strictly required by law. You also understand that “the sites” or portions of it are publicly available and that if you post on a public site or via social media your post (including any personal information therein) may be publicly accessible via search engines and other means on the public Internet. Classical Fengshui Works LLP (T21LL1240L) assumes no responsibility for information that YOU make public, and we will not be liable for any harm or damages that may arise from disclosures of your personal identifying information made by you or others not in our control. You should be careful and avoid posting information you do not wish to disclose on a public site or via social media. If you post via social media, we do not have control over the content of your post.
- Third party or affiliate sites
From time to time, we may provide various links or recommendations to external, third party or affiliate sites that provide useful resources, products, or services that we believe may be useful to you. Due to the nature of such third party or external sites which are not offered, prepared or controlled by us, you will have to exercise your personal discretion and we are not responsible in any way for the quality, content, nature, applicability, or reliability of third-party sites. We would like to remind you to exercise your due diligence on any product or service prior to purchase to determine its suitability.
In the event that we have an affiliate relationship with a third-party service provider or vendor, we will strive to identify such relationships and provide disclosure if we are being compensated for our efforts or working partnership.
- Other terms and conditions
This Terms of Service agreement is also governed by the provisions below. You should seek to understand them and must agree and abide by them.
We make no guarantees, expressed or implied, regarding the content on “the sites”. While we may offer our professional opinion from our specific experience and perspective, you are advised to consult a qualified professional in the respective fields such as a certified doctor or finance professional for decisions or situations that may require it. Your use of our services and “the sites” is subject to your acceptance of any liability that may result as a consequence of actions you take or fail to take based on the content provided here.
We do not guarantee that “the sites” will be updated on a particular schedule or with regularity. While we strive to keep “the sites” and its related content up to date and free of errors, typographical, factual errors or inaccuracies may still occur.
You understand and agree that we are not and will not be responsible for any loss or damage that you might incur as a result of using “the sites” or its related content. You cannot and are not entitled to recover, whether in contract or tort, for any direct, special, indirect, punitive, consequential or incidental damages, attorney fees, or any other damages of any kind even if we knew or were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Whenever applicable, we only accept payment through direct bank transfer to our Aspire bank account. PayNow will be made available in due course when notified by the bank. We regret to inform that we do not accept all other forms of payment including cash, cheque and credit card payment.
Unless otherwise stated, all fees and associated charges are in Singapore dollars.
While the vast majority of our customers are delighted with their purchases, if for some reason you are unhappy with any product, or service offered through “the sites”, you can write in to cancel the order only BEFORE the product or service is being consumed or delivered. For instance, you can cancel the order for a consultation service before the actual consultation and NOT after. We will refund any paid fees (less any bank administrative charges for overseas clients) that has been paid to you.
Cancellation and refunds are NOT available for downloadable materials that may be offered for sale as you are already deemed to have “consumed” the product after download and the product would have been delivered by us. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer some goodwill at our discretion. Please write to us at hello@fsworks.asia for any issues of such nature. We ask for your understanding on possible tardiness in response due to the high volume of emails received. When applicable, please include a copy of your invoice and reason(s) for your request.
There are NO other warranties or guarantees made related to the use of “the sites” or its related content, or for any products or services offered through “the sites”. Any guarantees or warranties that might be implied by law are specifically disclaimed including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Classical Fengshui Works LLP (T21LL1240L) is a registered entity in the Republic of Singapore with “the sites” being hosted on the worldwide web, and accessible in other countries. If you have access to our content and “the sites” from a location outside Singapore, you are deemed to be responsible for compliance with all applicable laws of your jurisdiction. In the unlikely situation where access to our materials or “the sites” from any country where the contents are deemed illegal or where they are contrary to local regulations, it is our recommendation that you stop access immediately. You are responsible for compliance with local laws and/or consequences of violating such laws or regulations.
